I haven’t had the opportunity to personally meet Mr. Randy Gage yet, but I’m a daily reader of his blog and a huge supporter of his training material.
Randy is one of the very few leaders who walks the talk and has the proof of earnings behind him to back-up all his training courses.
Throughout the internet you will find a tremendous amount of “posers” who pretend to be huge mlm gurus but have never made a million dollars with a network marketing organization, unlike Randy Gage he has built several successful organizations throughout his career enjoying the lifestyle that we all deserve to have.
I’m not sure if you are part of Randy’s direct team or seeking to join his team, but what I will tell you is that this guy will help you create the success you desire if you are willing to implement what he teaches. One of my favorite courses is Duplication Nation, because he really outlines where the duplication actually really begins, it’s not what you think.
If you look at the cover of his Duplication Nation course, he states that it all starts with the first circle. That first circle is really your development of certain skills and habitual activities that creates the compounding effect, which leads to massive exponential growth.
So what are the skills you must develop in order to succeed in the industry of network marketing? Well I broke it down into 3 basic principles that you must live by if you desire a residual income lifestyle:
- Your Ability to Generate Leads- In order to continuously keep your organization growing and thriving you need to be connecting with new prospects on a daily basis. These prospects can be found several ways without having to spend thousands of dollars to find them. In the world we live in today, we have an amazing tool called the internet which allows us to spread a very unique marketing message to millions of people thus attracting qualified prospects to us who are ready to join our business. This is the first part to Duplication Nation, without your first 20-30 personally sponsored distributors how are you ever going to duplicate into thousands of people? You won’t, so you must develop the skill of lead generation.
- Your Ability to Communicate With Your Leads- Once you implement a marketing campaign that begins to generate leads for you on a daily consistent basis, the next step is calling and building relationships with your new prospects. Many of us including myself and Randy at one point had to overcome the fear of REJECTION in order to ethically and professionally sponsor new distributors into our business.
Communication is what makes the world go round, without connecting with your leads, your success becomes very limited and your ability to duplicate is threatened. Randy has some great audio trainings and courses on becoming better at communicating, I also recommend Jeffrey Combs The Psychology Of Asking. Mr Combs describes his communication techniques a simple pattern of questions.
- How You Follow-Up and Close Business- If you want Duplication Nation to be highly effective, it’s going to take closing skills to bring certain prospects into the business. Many will join without having to be closed, but there are many who will need a wakeup call and a reality check to finally make a decision. Once you have leads coming daily, and you are connecting with them, it’s time for you to build a spreadsheet that keeps track of all your leads and potential “A” players. Not everyone will join your business the first time they are exposed, many will never join but if you keep dripping on people over a certain period of time many will come back and become your newest business partner.
