1. How You Generate Xango Leads- The first thing your Xango sponsor will teach you to do is make a list of friends and family and begin inviting them to a presentation. This works very well if you have a center of influence that is savvy and seeking a business opportunity, but for many of us our center of influence is not very vital and we are left with no friends to invite. Now I encourage you to always start in your warm market, but in order to become a top producer you’re going to have to develop a few marketing skills that will allow you to generate leads on demand whenever you need to sponsor more people into your business. This is the difference between a top earner and someone who makes pennies, the top earner has become a top producer of leads, that’s it. Create a consistent flow of leads and stick to the business for 12-months and you will be surprised what happens after a certain period of time of consistently exposing your business.
2. How You Communicate with Xango Prospects- One of the main reasons many distributors cannot produce a profit when they first get involved is because they lack communication skills. I was once in that position, I had just graduated from high-school I got involved in my first networking deal and had ZERO communication skills. I was fortunate to come across a course called “The Psychology of Asking” by Jeffrey Combs where he teaches how to communicate by asking questions. Once I began to implement what he was teaching, all the leads I was generating got better, and it was amazing to see. The reason the leads got better was because I became better at asking questions and qualifying people for my time, questions lead to answers.
3. How You Follow-up with Xango Leads- Not everyone will join your business the first time they are exposed, and in-fact many will never join your business or buy product, but that’s okay. You will want to spend your time following up with prospects who have expressed a serious interest, you are just looking for the right time in their lives to bring them into the business. Often times this process will take weeks, months and even years but I still see it happening all the time in my business. I have people who I had prospected 18months ago, just now joining my business, it’s all about timing.
