I have tested dozens of so called “good sources” and really none of them came through on their promises of “herbalife” targeted leads.

Why? Well after studying multi-millionaires and even a few billionaires day in and day out. I have figured out how they create wealth and hold on to it.

Wealthy people, I mean the TRUE wealthy. Not the ones making $20,000 a month and spending $18,000 on STUFF.. But the ones who are exchanging their CASH for VALUE/Assets are becoming the super wealthy…

Most billionaires are College dropouts, so how are they able to achieve such great wealth? Well its simple, they have built, and invested into assets, not things that devalue overnight or within minutes of buying.

Go look at the Frobes 400list, and you will notice obviously that everyone is a BILLIONAIRE…. But did you also notice that it doesn’t say they are a “Cash Billionaire”, they own COMPANIES, Real Estates, GOLD & Silver, BANKS!!!

Their money is continuously growing not based on the value of our DOLLAR, but based on assets for the long term benefit!

Where has your money in the last 5 years gone? How about last 90days?……

I am not saying you are this type of person, but the only reason you are still broke is because your values on spending money are incorrect.

Who am I to say this?

Well I have been down this path before, at a young age I hustled and worked my butt off to buy the things that had a temporary effect and was all based on “status” and what other people thought of it….

Although trust me, status is a very strong selling point especially in todays society. We tend to pre-judge based on the car, clothing, house and the outside beings of a person, but rarely ever do we get to see the inside.

One of the best examples I can give you are  married couples, From the outside in they look SUPER, but from the inside out they are hurting deeply in many ways.

As I have continued to grow and develop, my “money values” have completely change.

What led me to this discovery was the following:

From 2007 to 2008 I had one of my best years “money wise”, generating about $157,000 in profits and I was only 19-20 at the time..

To me this was millions, I had never seen this type of money… Let alone my own family tree has never! And if they ever came close, it was spent literally within a few months on “things” once again based on their values.

Trust me I played HARD, harder then most people will ever have the opportunity to do so, but it led me to the realization that where I was spending my hard earned money was only on “temporary” status and trying to fulfill the “want” inside of me.

I was never satisfied, why you may ask? Because I had more than I could imagine at the time and life was good in my own eyes and subconsciously.

You ever get the feeling, of just I want more, and never becoming satisfied with what you have?.. Its very hard to overcome, as we are forced to continue buying the next, and spending money where there is no value in return.

Over the last 19-23 months I changed my “money values”, why and how? Its simple I had accumulated more debt and had emptied out my bank accounts… (Life changing my friends)

I had NO CLUE where my money had gone, seriously NO CLUE!.. And really I am not that bad in terms of knowing my tax laws, and book keeping but I had no SELF CONTROL and once again my MONEY VALUES drove me to spend where I thought I wanted, compared to what I need in order to truly create success..

So where do I put my money now?

Well I have become much wiser, my network of people has grown and the hard knocks of growing up fast taught me one simple principle that has changed my life completely:

“The more I spend on my mind and soul, the better I become with my  values”….. Re-read that several times!

I can honestly say, every month I spend or have spent several hundreds of dollars in personal development, meditation, yoga classes to change my money values and mindset.

This is my new shopping mall, forget the shoes, jeans, clothing for now… You can have all that later, right now you need to fix your mindset and create a new custom plan for yourself to achieve greatness and extroadinary success in your life.

I have achieved greatness at a young age, but let alone a few short years ago I was in your exact shoes…. (broke, miserable, and WAY BEHIND)

I’m sure you noticed, any type of “keyword” you enter into Google, there is atleast 5-10 websites that surround the keyword with content.

The same goes for when you are searching for reviews about a network marketing company, a distributor, top income earner, training. All this information is now available at your finger tips.

For anyone that is trying to build, they will need  to adjust and adapt to these circumstances.

So I believe in order to truly create the freedom and live the network marketing lifestyle that only 1% live, creating a unique selling proposition is ideal.

Today being Feb 1st, 2010, I was sitting at Enterprise Car Rental, and I started to think about their unique selling proposition.

Have you heard this one: ” We will pick you up from your home, office, Mechanic”…. How killer of a unique proposition is that?

There is not other rental car company that has such a powerful message.

Here’s another example:

How about Dominos Pizza, they have their  guaranteed  30mins or its free! Once again this is a unique selling proposition.

So how do you create one for your business?

Well you have to sell your story to your targeted audience. I am not just saying sell your story to others in the network marketing industry, but think deeper.

If you come from a background of  Law. I would create a unique selling proposition and approach other attorneys with your story and USP (Unique selling proposition) .

Its time to get creative, and start going after our own likes and habits. What I mean is this, I began training with 2 soccer teams and a boxing gym.

The reason I do this is because it keeps me in tip top shape, but also I am always infront of 30-40 people at a time. I can then create relationships and sell my UNIQUE PROPOSITION to these individuals.

This is not rocket science, its just a matter of looking into the mirror, and seeing what you have that is unique to offer and different to attract individuals to you.

I woke up this morning with a huge amount of energy and love for everything around me. I have been really studying myself and life at a deeper level.

My focus for the first quarter of the year is not so much producing results and making lots of money, it was finding balance with all aspects of life (Spiritual, Physical, Emotional, Financial).

Being an entrepreneur is the most difficult career in the world. The biggest obstacle is holding yourself accountable and getting things done that produce results for your business.

I don’t have a set of hours I have to work, I do not have someone looking over my shoulder. We go through the ups and downs.

When the economy shifted it affected my business severely, although I made no excuses it was devastating to see bank accounts, profits, just plummet.

I did one thing that most don’t realize, and that is: I adapted to change and shifted my focus to the up coming trends of Technology, Home Based Business, Debt Settlement, Real Estate investing and a few others.

It was this point where I realized, I could not put my happiness in the hands of the money and what material things I have.

Trust me I drive a beautiful car, lived a very nice lifestyl,e had what I wanted, but you know honestly it was all temporary.

I was married to this lifestyle, I made my promise to keep it all but the biggest mistake was putting my happiness in the hands of this “illusion”.

This goes back to the title of my post here, about a book I am reading called “The mastery of love”. In this book, today I read probably one of the most impactful 20 pages of my life, and I highly encourage all of you to read it.

The chapter spoke about a man that did not believe in love, he thought it did not exist at all. Until one day he came across a lady crying on a bench in a park and comforted by asking, “why are you crying”…

The lady responded “Love does not exist”, the man was astonished to have found another women who believed the same about love as he did.

They became best of friends, and as things continued to grow, their relationship turned into love. Although it was a different kind of love, because he was not dependent on her for anything.

He did not envy her success, they respected each other at all times, and shared this amazing unique love.

One day as he was looking up at the stars, he was able to grab one. This star to him resembled the happiness he had within him about this entire relationship with this women.

The following day, he took that star and placed it in her hands. With all her doubt, she dropped the star and it shattered into millions of pieces.

As you can tell my friends, he put his happiness in the hands of someone else, and the result being heart breaking. I want you guys to really think about this at a deep level.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with being in love, I think its one of the most beautiful experiences of life and we all will endeavor it shortly.

Its very important to understand, and I hate to sound like a broken record, but when I read this story it truly opened my eyes to the biggest mistake I have made and I believe all of us do.

To continue living with happiness and the love you desire, its important that you keep control of your own happiness and never rely on your significant other to keep it held high, because anything can happen and that is a huge responsibility for the other person.

Although it seems a bit strange at first because personally I never really knew or believed this type of routine and spiritual growth could impact my life in such a positive way.

I began reading a book called “The Mastery Of Love” by Don Miguel Ruiz, and I read the first 50pages this morning and here it was I got from it, pretty amazing.

This is in my own words but re-read it a few times to understand it clearly”

“The image we are trying to put out to society is a lie, the image we have created is based on the acceptance of others and the dream of society. The dream of society is created by Religious organizations, Government, Media and the illusion that others will judge us. We all have an internal disease called FEAR, and a denial system that makes us believe our external image is everything, but what really matters truly is our internal love for life and the sole purpose of you and I being here. We live in the past and always project on the future, if you notice very few of us live in the “present”. The present is a GIFT, that is why its called “the present”.

What makes it a difference is we are always living the dream of society when at the end we only care what they (society) thinks of our dream, its just a dream. If one can truly create the inner love image and project it in the present moment things will change and one will become more at peace as a human than trying to create the image that society  accepts.

This is straight from the book, although I tried to simplify the message, their is some very deep astonishing meaning inside these words, its only a matter of taking a moment to look at yourself in the mirror and see the image you are trying to project instead of your true inner love image.

Being an entrepreneur and studying multi-billion dollar companies they all have huge consumption of products that are a need most of the time. Lets take an example WalMart which is now in direct competition with My harvest America. Walmart created their empire based on around providing low cost grociers to the american people, let me ask you this:

How many people go to the grocery store? Hmmm…. I believe the answer is all 300 million americans someway and some how need to consume food every single day in order to keep living.

1. They bring over 10,000 grocery products that you can order for wholesale on the internet and fedex will ship them to your doorstep, best of all you do not need to pay for shipping.

2. They have taken this company into the network marketing industry, which is changing the lives of all americans during these hard economic times.

The best comparrison I can give you is Amway. Amway has a huge line of household product that continues to produce $9 billion per year in sales. Once again it goes back to the consumption of the product, that is why so many nutritional companies never really make it big because they are “luxury” products and not a NEED, but a extra expense to a american household.

Lets talk a bit about timing. In business timing is everything, and you may or may not know the old saying but you get rich during the first 3-5 years of a new company that has the potential to reach billions in sales. Look at Monavie for example, I built a group of people in that company but literally after they have been around for 5years now everyone some way and some how has heard of them.

My retention rate on this luxury product is around 22% and the average new distributor only lasts 6weeks in the business, how the heck are you suppose to build residual income on these numbers? Well you can’t my friend, you truly can’t unless you have like 100,000 people in your organization.
